Rocker Arm Assembly: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the cam cover.
2. Position the piston of the cylinder being repaired at the bottom of the stroke.
3. Install the Valve Spring Spacer between the valve spring coils to prevent valve stem seal damage.
4. Use (A) Valve Spring Compressor to compress the (B) valve springs and remove the (C) cam roller followers.
INSTALLATION
1. Use (A) Valve Spring Compressor to compress the (B) valve spring and install the (C) camshaft roller followers.
