Special Tools
REMOVAL
1. Recover refrigerant from the A/C system. Refer to: "Heating and Air Conditioning : Service and Repair" See: Service and Repair
2. Remove the LH quarter trim panel. Refer to: "Body and Frame : Interior Trim : Trim Panel : Service and Repair" See: Body and
Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair
3. Remove the wiring harness from the plenum assembly.

Disconnect the necessary electrical connectors.
4. Disconnect the heater core hoses.

Use Heater Hose Disconnect Tool.

Cap the heater core hoses.
5. Remove the evaporator case drain hose.
