9. Remove the steering gear to frame mounting bolts.
10. Remove the power steering fluid return line.
(1) Support the steering gear.
(2) Slide back the spring clamp.
(3) Disconnect the power steering fluid return line and allow the fluid to drain.
11. Remove the pressure line from the steering gear and remove the steering gear from the vehicle.
12. Secure the steering gear in a vise. Use Pitman Arm Puller to remove the steering gear sector shaft arm.
