Expedition 4WD V8-4.6L SOHC VIN W (1999)
4. Remove the brake shoe adjusting screw spring.
5. Remove the brake adjuster screw.
6. Remove the brake shoe hold-down spring.
7. Remove the parking brake shoe and linings.
8. Inspect the components for excessive wear or damage and install new components as necessary.
