Expedition 4WD V8-4.6L SOHC VIN W (1999)
1. Install the front auxiliary evaporator outlet line.
2. Connect the front auxiliary outlet line to the rear auxiliary line.

Connect the outlet lines.

Loosely install the nut.

Snap the peanut fitting securely into the torque retention bracket.
3. Connect the front auxiliary outlet line to the suction side of the A/C manifold and tube assembly.

Connect the line.

Install the nut.
4. Install the line brackets.

Position the bracket.

Install the nut.
