4. On 4x2 vehicles, use the Pitman Arm Puller to separate the tie rod end.

5. On 4x4 vehicles, use the Remover to separate the tie rod end.

6. Remove the tie rod end.

Loosen the toe set jam nut.

Remove the tie rod end.

Count and record rotations.

Installation 

1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Inspect and adjust the toe adjustment.
