7. Using a suitable clamp, press the piston into the caliper.
8. CAUTION: If machining is necessary, use a hub-mount brake lathe to machine the rear brake disc.
Inspect the brake disc. If it is scored it must be resurfaced.
9. NOTE: Also, resurface the rear brake disc if a test drive has identified vibration transmitted through the steering wheel, seat, or brake pedal while
braking.
Measure the rear brake disc, and resurface as necessary. Install a new rear brake disc if beyond specification.
10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
11. Install the anchor housing spring.
1. Insert the upper anchor housing spring end into the brake caliper cavity.
2. Rotate the anchor housing spring and position the lower arm onto the anchor plate.
