DISASSEMBLY

1. Clean the outside of the brake master cylinder and remove the brake master cylinder filler cap and diaphragm. Drain and discard any brake fluid

that remains in the brake master cylinder.

2. Depress the primary piston and remove snap ring from retaining groove at the rear of the master cylinder bore.

Primary Piston Assembly

3. Remove the rear washer, seal and guide, along with the primary piston assembly from the bore.
