Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Remove the radiator grille by removing the five plastic retainers located across the top of the grille.

2. Remove the two screws which attach the grille to the headlamp housing.

3. Then, use a flat-bladed tool to depress the spring tabs which are accessible through the lower outboard grille openings. Detach the grille from the
headlamp housings.

4. Remove the grille from the vehicle.

Installation

5. Install the two vertical radiator extensions as shown in the following illustration. They attach to the forward flanges on the right and left sides of the
horse collar. The extensions are identical.
