Remove the left and right license plate lamps from the lamp housing by rotating the socket counterclockwise (Figure 2).

Remove the fasteners that secure the existing wire assembly to the frame.

Disconnect the gray connector located below the LH tail lamp (Figure 3) by depressing the connector lock finger and pulling apart.
5.
Complete the removal of the wire assembly from the vehicle by feeding the assembly toward the center of the vehicle between the frame and the
body.
6.
Transfer the license plate lamp bulb from the original -13412- wire assembly to the replacement assembly (-13412-B).
7.
Install the replacement wire assembly by reversing Steps 2-5.
8.
To secure the trailer tow interconnect, install plastic fasteners into the holes provided in the frame.
9.
Locate auxiliary relay box secured to the LH inner fender (Figure 4).
