Disconnect both Vapor Management Valve (VMV) vacuum lines from underside of upper intake manifold. See Figure 4.

Caution:
Make sure screws do not fall into lower intake manifold Remove upper intake manifold. There is no loosening sequence for this manifold.

Caution:
Make sure screws do not fall into cylinder head Remove lower intake manifold. There is no loosening sequence for this manifold.
15.
Cover cylinder head ports with tape.
16.
Remove PCV hose assembly from oil separator box.
