Connect VMV hose connector.

Install power steering pressure line. Tighten line to 15-22 Nm (11-16 lb/ft).

Connect power steering cooler return hose.

Install A/C line bracket and nut. Tighten nut to 17-23 Nm (13-17 lb/ft).
12.
Install transmission cooling line bracket and bolt. Tighten nut to 41-54 Nm (31-39 lb/ft).
13.
Connect LH HEGO sensor electrical connector.
14.
Connect RH HEGO sensor electrical connector.
15.
Connect transmission electrical harness connector.
16.
Install two RH exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe bolts. Tighten bolts 34-46 Nm (25-32 lb/ft).
17.
Install two LH exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe bolts. Tighten bolts 34-46 Nm (25-32 lb/ft).
18.
Install starter. Tighten bolts to 22-28 Nm (16-20 lb/ft).
19.
Lower vehicle.
20.
Remove lifting eyes from engine.
21.
Connect two heater hoses.
22.
Position A/C line and install manifold bolt. Tighten bolt to 18-24 Nm (14-18 lb/ft).
23.
On A/C equipped vehicles, connect A/C high pressure switch electrical connector.
24.
Connect engine ground. Tighten nut to 10 Nm (89 lb/in).
25.
Connect PCM electrical ground wire. Tighten nut to 10 Nm (89 lb/in).
26.
Connect PCM electrical connector. Tighten nut to 5-7 Nm (45-61 lb/in).
27.
Connect engine electrical ground wire. Tighten nut to 6-7 Nm (46-64 lb/in).
28.
Install radiator, fan blade assembly and fan shroud
29.
Install engine air cleaner outlet tube.
30.
Fill cooling system.
31.
Install hood.
32.
Connect battery negative cable.
33.
Fill engine with engine oil.
34.
On A/C equipped vehicles, recharge A/C system.
