9. Use Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tool (1/2 in) to disconnect the condenser to evaporator tube, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/
Coupler HVAC/Service and Repair/
10. Disconnect the (B) A/C system vacuum harness and the (A) A/C evaporator case mounting nut inside the vehicle.
11. Remove the A/C evaporator case.

Remove the three underhood and one underdash nuts.

Lift the A/C evaporator case out of the vehicle.
