Fuel Pressure Release: Service and Repair
Fuel Draining
1. Refer to Service Precautions/Technician Safety Information, then raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove the gas cap to relieve the fuel tank pressure.
3. Disconnect the fuel filler tube at the fuel tank.
4. Use Fuel Storage Tanker to siphon the fuel through the evaporative emissions valve opening.
