ISSUE
Some customers have reported the throttle stuck at idle on some vehicles. A common concern is a hard to depress accelerator pedal first thing in the
morning or after being parked for several hours.

ACTION
Install a new throttle body assembly. Clearance between throttle plate and bore has been increased to reduce the possibility of sticking.

Install a new Throttle Body (F77Z-9E926-AC built after 7/16/98). Refer to the appropriate Explorer/Mountaineer Workshop Manual, Section 303-04B,
for installation details.
