Disconnect the throttle/speed control cables from the throttle body. See Figure 2.

Remove the throttle body retaining bolts, then the remove the throttle body. Inspect the throttle body 0-ring seal. Replace only if damaged. See
Figure 2.

If equipped remove the throttle body spacer plate. Retain for reuse. See Figure 3.
