INSTALLATION

1. Position the torsion bar and the torsion bar adjuster.

2. Load the torsion bar.

(1) Install Torsion Bar Tool with Torsion Bar Tool Adapters in the A slots on Torsion Bar Tool.
(2) Tighten Torsion Bar Tool to load the torsion bar.
(3) Install the torsion bar adjuster nut.
(4) Remove Torsion Bar Tool.
(5) Install the torsion bar adjuster bolt. Turn the torsion bar adjuster until the reference marks align.

Repeat for the other side.

3. Install the torsion bar cover plate.

(1) Position the torsion bar cover plate.
(2) Install the torsion bar cover plate bolts.

4. Adjust the ride height.
5. Lower the vehicle.

NOTE:  If equipped with air suspension, reactivate the system by turning on the air suspension switch.
