Differential Case: Testing and Inspection
Bench Torque Test
1. Remove differential case.
2. Mount the differential case and Traction-Lok Torque Tool in a vise.
3. Check the torque required to rotate one differential side gear.

The initial break away torque using the original clutch plates should be within specification. The rotating torque required to keep the
differential side gear turning with the new clutch plates may vary.
4. Install differential case.
