8. Remove the heater core.

Remove the heater core cover to air plenum screws.

Lift off the cover.
9. Remove the heater core.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Be sure to install a new oval foam seal around the heater core inlet and outlet tubes.
