Explorer 2WD V6-245 4.0L VIN X SFI (1999)
5. Remove the bolts and the water pump pulley.
6. Remove the two water pump stud bolts.
7. Remove the ten water pump bolts and the water pump.
Installation
1. NOTE: Use Metal Surface Cleaner F4AZ-19A536-RA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSE-M5B392-A and a suitable plastic or
wooden scraper to clean the sealing surfaces.
Position the water pump and install the two stud bolts.
