Fuel Rail: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
2. Relieve the fuel pressure.
3. Disconnect the vacuum line.
4. Disconnect the engine control sensor wiring from the:
^
Idle Air Control (IAC) valve.
^
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) transducer.
^
EGR solenoid.
5. Disconnect the vacuum line from:
^
the EGR solenoid.
^
the upper intake manifold.
^
the EGR Valve.
