5. Disconnect the auxiliary evaporator outlet line spring lock coupling from the manifold and tube assembly.

Discard the O-ring seal.

6. Remove the nut and disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly from the suction accumulator.

Discard the O-ring seal.

7. Raise the vehicle.

8. Remove the nuts and the brackets.
9. Lower the vehicle.

10. Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly.

NOTE:  It may be necessary to raise and lower the vehicle multiple times to route the manifold and tube during removal and installation.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil or equivalent.

-

Install new O-rings lubricated in clean PAG oil or equivalent.

2. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
