Heater Core Service and Repair for Explorer 2WD V6-40L Flex Fuel (2002)
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the screws.
3. Remove the air distribution blend door actuator.
4. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.
5. Remove the heater core cover.
