7. Remove the nut and remove the bracket.
8. Remove the auxiliary heater line(s).
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Lubricate the coolant hoses with coolant hose lubricant or plain water only if needed.

Top off the engine coolant level.

REMOVAL
NOTE:

The following procedure can be used to remove and install one of, or both the fore auxiliary evaporator outlet and inlet lines. If only one line is to
be removed and installed, disconnect only the desired line fittings at the specified points within the procedure.

Installation of a new suction accumulator is not required when repairing the A/C system except when there is physical evidence of system
contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator
1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Raise the vehicle.
3. Remove the RH running board and running board brackets if equipped.
4. Remove the clip(s) and disconnect the auxiliary line spring lock coupling(s).
NOTE: If only one auxiliary A/C line is to be removed, disconnect only the desired line.
5. Remove the nut(s) and disconnect the fitting(s).

Discard the O-ring seal(s).
