7. Remove the nut and disconnect the evaporator outlet line fitting at the suction accumulator.
8. Disconnect the evaporator outlet line spring-lock coupling from the evaporator outlet.

Discard the O-ring seals.
9. Rotate the evaporator outlet line upwards to clear the valve cover and remove the evaporator outlet line.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

If a new evaporator outlet line is to be installed, lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG refrigerant oil or
equivalent.

Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean PAG refrigerant oil or equivalent.
2. Evacuate, leak test, and charge the refrigerant system.
Without Auxiliary Climate Control
REMOVAL
NOTE: Installation of a new suction accumulator is not required when repairing the air conditioning system except when there is physical evidence of
system contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator.
1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the air cleaner housing and the air cleaner outlet tube.
3. Remove the bolts and position aside the degas bottle.
