Remove and reinstall the brake on/off (BOO) (Black Switch) and Redundant Cruise Switch (Blue Switch). Do the switch plungers operate
normally and without sticking?
a.
Yes - Reinstall switches and go to Step 6.
b.
No - Replace the defective switch.
NOTE
THE BLUE SWITCH MUST BE INSTALLED FIRST AND THE BRAKE PEDAL MUST NOT BE DEPRESSED AT ALL DURING THE
INSTALLATION OF BOTH SWITCHES.

Check the white clevis pin. Is it properly installed into the booster rod and brake pedal? This pin should not hang up on any part of the pedal
bracket during pedal cycling.
a.
Yes - Go to Step 7.
b.
No - Repair as necessary.
7.
If none of the above conditions are found inspect the brake booster for damage.
