1991 EXPLORER REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS
Modify Explorer rear bumper with additional brackets.

INSPECTION
1.
Inspect the galvanized innerliner below the frame extension for cracks in the area of the bottom bolt hole (see view A on figure 2). If a crack
extends past the lower frame extension attaching bolt hole replace the bumper assembly. The frame extension may have to be removed to
determine the length of the crack. If there are no cracks proceed with adding the outer arm brackets.
