If it is determined that the kit installation still does not provide the cooling desired after a performance check is made, check the engine cooling fan and
clutch. If the vehicle is not equipped with the super cool package, replace the existing fan and clutch with fan (F1TZ-8600-B) and clutch
(F1TZ-8A616-C) to provide the added air flow. Refer to the instruction sheet (I.S. 6258) found in service kit (F1TZ-19A611-A).

If the vehicle was built after 4/8/91, it should already have the production up-grading to improve A/C cooling. If it also has the super-cool fan and clutch
assembly and is still producing inadequate A/C, the difficulty is most likely related to a cause which can best be identified by applying diagnosis and
testing procedures covered in the 1991 Explorer Shop Manual, Section 12-03.
