6. Use Pitman Arm Puller to separate the tie rod end.

Separate the tie rod end from the front wheel knuckle.
7. Remove the lower ball joint castellated nut.
1. Remove the lower ball joint cotter pin.
2. Remove the lower ball joint castellated nut.
8. Use Pitman Arm Puller to separate the front wheel knuckle from the front suspension lower arm.
9. CAUTION: Suspend the front wheel driveshaft and joint with wire.
Remove the front wheel knuckle.
