Installation
1. Position the brake caliper and install the 2 guide pin bolts.

Tighten to 72 Nm (53 lb-ft).
2. Using 2 new copper washers, position the brake hose and install the brake hose flow bolt.

Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
3. Bleed the brake caliper.
4. Install the wheel and tire.

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the brake pads. For additional information, refer to Brake Pads See: Disc Brake System/Brake Pad/Service and Repair/Front Disc Brake.
2. Remove and discard the 2 brake caliper anchor plate bolts and remove the brake caliper anchor plate.

To install, tighten to 165 Nm (122 lb-ft).
3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
