Evaporative Canister Filter: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the canister vent solenoid hose assembly.
2. Remove the evaporative emission dust separator.

Remove the nuts.

Remove the dust separator.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Leak test the evaporative emissions system. See: Powertrain Management/Emission Control Systems/Evaporative Emissions System/Testing and
Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/EVAP System Leak Test
3. Perform the Evaporative Emission Running Loss Monitor Repair Verification Drive Cycle.
