2. Remove the recirculation air duct door vacuum control motor.

Remove the screws.

Rotate and detach the vacuum control motor from the recirculation air duct door pivot shaft.
CAUTION: Do not attempt to bend any part of the recirculation air duct door pivot shaft.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Defroster Airflow
REMOVAL
1. Remove the plenum chamber.
2. Remove the screws and disconnect the vacuum connector.
3. Rotate the vacuum control motor until it clears the retaining arm and remove the vacuum control motor.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Floor Airflow
REMOVAL
1. Deactivate the Supplemental Restraints System (SRS).
2. Remove the floor console unit.
