Cabin Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
All vehicles
1. Remove the instrument panel center finish panel.

Carefully pry and disengage the retaining clips.

Working around the perimeter of the finish panel, disengage the remaining retaining clips.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
CAUTION: Use a shop cloth or equivalent to prevent damage to the instrument panel when prying the instrument panel center finish panel.
2. Remove the lower steering column opening finish panel.

Remove the screws.

Disengage the retaining clips and remove the lower steering column opening finish panel.
3. Adjust the steering column to its lowest position.
Vehicles with automatic transmission
4. Place the gearshift selector in 1.
CAUTION: Apply the park brake or block the wheels to prevent the vehicle from rolling when the gearshift is moved.
All vehicles
5. Remove the screws.
