10. Position forward the air deflector.
11. Remove the nut and position aside the suction accumulator.
12. Remove the nut and the condenser to evaporator line.

Discard the O-ring seals.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

If a new condenser to evaporator line is to be installed, lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil or equivalent.

Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean PAG oil or equivalent.
2. Evacuate, leak test, and charge the refrigerant system.
With Auxiliary Climate Control
REMOVAL
NOTE: Installation of a new suction accumulator is not required when repairing the air conditioning system except when there is physical evidence of
system contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator.
1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the air cleaner housing and the air cleaner outlet tube.
