30. Position the lower steering column opening finish panel reinforcement and install the bolts.
31. Install the lower steering column opening finish panel.

Position the lower steering column opening finish panel to the instrument panel. Push in the top of the lower steering column opening finish
panel to seat the retaining clips.

Install the screws.
32. Position the hood release handle and install the screws.
33. Connect the battery ground cable.
34. With all the diagnostic tools removed, prove out the air bag system.

35. Check the restraint system for correct operation.
