If the ABS lamp goes out after bulb check, drive the vehicle to verify repair.

Verify if the vehicle is a 4X4 or 4X2.

For 4X4 model, Pin 14 (Circuit 571) of the ABS module must be grounded.

For 4X2 model, Pin 14 (Circuit 571) should not be grounded. Repair as necessary.
4.
Turn the key to the Run position for 5 seconds.
a.
If ABS lamp remains on after bulb check, continue with Step 5.
b.
If the ABS lamp goes out after bulb check, drive the vehicle to verify repair.
