Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the power steering return hose at the power steering fluid cooler.

Drain the fluid into a suitable container.
3. Remove the power steering fluid cooler to crossmember nuts.
4. Disconnect the power steering return line hose. Remove the power steering fluid cooler.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Fill, purge and leak check the system.
