While pulling bottom of trim cover away from frame, slide board (with holes down and foam facing toward the rear of the seat) up into seat back
(Figure 2).

Sandwich the board between the metal cross member on frame and lumbar bladder (Figure 3).

Secure board with two (2) zip ties thorough holes in board and around lower cross member on frame (Figure 4).

NOTE

POSITION OF BOARD IS CRITICAL. VERIFY BOARD POSITION BEFORE INSTALLING ZIP TIES ONTO THE LOWER SEAT FRAME.

8.

Re-secure "J"-retainer on bottom of trim cover.

9.

Test Lumbar Support for correct operation.

NOTE

IF THE LUMBER BOARD IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY IT SHOULD NOT BE NOTICEABLE ONCE THE SEAT MATERIAL IS
REINSTALLED.
