2. Install the caliper pistons

Install the piston seal.

Install the piston boot.

CAUTION: Be careful not to damage or dislodge the piston seal.
Insert the caliper piston

Press the caliper piston into the caliper bore, being careful not to cock the caliper piston.
3. Install the disc brake caliper.
Brake Caliper Anchor Plate
Removal
1. NOTE: 4x4 is shown, 4x2 is similar.
Remove the pads.
2. Remove the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.

Remove the two front disc brake caliper anchor plate bolts.

Remove the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.
Installation
1. NOTE: Use new brake caliper anchor plate bolts when installing the brake caliper anchor plate.
Install the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.

Position the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.

Install new front disc brake caliper anchor plate bolts.
2. Install the pads.
