8. Remove the bolts and the lower steering column opening finish panel reinforcement.
9. Loosen, but do not remove, the four steering column-to-instrument panel retaining bolts enough to remove the upper steering column shroud (two
shown).

10. Remove the tilt wheel handle shank.

11. Remove the lower steering column shroud.
