Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter (UART)-Based Protocol (UBP) Communication Network

The UBP communication network is a single circuit communications network, circuit 1906 (VT). The UBP communications network does not
function if the wire is shorted to ground or voltage. The UBP communication network allows intermodule communication. The UBP network operates
at a maximum data transfer speed of 9.6 Kbps.
