Recall 01V095000: Brake Hose Defect
Vehicle Description: Light duty pickup trucks. The left front brake hose was damaged during final assembly. If the hose is damaged, brake fluid could
leak and stopping distances may be increased. Dealers will install a new left front brake hose assembly. Owner notification is expected to begin during
April 2001. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a
reasonable time should contact Ford at 1-800-248-0186 or 1-800-392-3673. Also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Auto
