Using a 1/2-inch cold chisel, pierce a 3/8 x 1/2-inch hole in the cup plug. See Figure 5.

Using slide hammer and Pilot Bearing Puller T58L-101-B, remove cup plug from upper intake manifold. Refer to Figure 6.

Apply Loctite E2FZ-19554-B (Stud Bearing Mount) in the manifold cup plug hole.

NOTE:
Pay close attention to the installation angle of the PCV fitting.The fitting must be squarely inserted into the upper intake manifold.

NOTE:
Make sure orientation of water taps on PCV fitting are as shown in Figure 6.
