Instal tie strap over steering column bracket and shift cable. See Figure 3.
NOTE:
"Cinch" tie strap tight.
16.
Raise and support vehicle.
17.
Adjust shift cable as follows:

Place gearshift lever in the Drive position.

Place eight (8) pound weight on gearshift lever.
