5. NOTE: The Windsor cylinder head is shown; the Romeo cylinder head is similar.

NOTE: The camshaft bearing caps are positional. Mark the caps for installation in their original locations.

Remove the camshaft bearing caps.

6. Remove the camshaft from the cylinder head.

Installation 

All vehicles 

1. Lubricate the camshaft journals with clean engine oil.

2. Install the camshaft onto the cylinder head.
