Remove two push clips and release one expander clip.
9. Remove the lower instrument panel steering column cover.

Remove the bolts.

Remove the lower instrument panel steering column cover.
10. Remove the upper steering column shroud.
11. Remove the ignition lock anti-theft switch

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove the ignition lock anti-theft switch.
