5. Measure the front disc brake hub and rotor thickness.

Replace the front disc brake hub and rotor if not within specification.
6. If necessary, resurface the front disc brake rotor.

Ford recommends on-vehicle rotor machining. Follow lathe manufacturer's instructions.
7. Inspect the disc brake caliper for leaks.

If leaks are found, disassembly is required.
8. Remove the disc brake anti-rattle clips.
