Fan Shroud: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

WARNING: DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE WHILE THE PROTECTIVE COMPONENTS ARE REMOVED OR PERSONAL INJURY
MAY OCCUR.

1. Remove the engine air cleaner assembly.
2. Drain the cooling system.

3. Remove the front air deflector.

Remove the screws.

Remove the front air deflector.

4. Remove the upper hose from the radiator.

Release the clamp.

Disconnect the hose.

5. Remove the degas bottle hose from the radiator.

Release the hose clamp and slide it away from the end of the hose.

Slide the overflow hose off the radiator fitting.
