Engine Oil Dip Stick - Dip Stick Tube: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Remove LH exhaust manifold.
2. Remove the oil level indicator.
3. Remove the bolt.
4. Remove the oil level indicator tube.
5. NOTE: Lubricate the new O-ring with Ford Super Premium SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil X0-5W-30-QSP or equivalent meeting Ford specification
WSS-M2C153-G.
Replace the O-ring.
Installation
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
