PICKUP BED REMOVAL
1.
Remove the tailgate assembly, protect against damage and set aside.
2.
Remove the right rear tail lamp assembly. Also remove the two (2) tail lamp assembly plastic mounting anchors from the sheet metal.
3.
Remove the right outer panel top rail cover.
4.
If equipped, remove the right rear wheel house opening molding.
5.
Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
6.
Remove the ground bolt from beneath the bed near the forward bed cross member. See Figure 2.
